How do I schedule an appointment?

At the top of this page, click schedule appointment. Another window will open and you can choose whatever service you like.

What form of payment do you accept?

Cash, credit cards, and cashapp.

Do you have a late fee or grace period?

Yes, 10 minute grace period. Then a $10 late fee will be attached to your final service bill for every 20 minutes you are late. After 1 hour your appointment will be cancelled. 

Do I have to pay an appointment deposit?

Yes. When you book your appointment online, a 20% deposit is due before the appointment can be scheduled. This will guarantee your appointment date and time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance or no later than 3 hours before your appointment time.

 

Is my deposit refundable?

No

Do I need a consultation for color?

Yes if you are a new client

Should I subscribe to your website?

Yes, exclusive discounts are emailed only to those who subscribed. 

 

 

 

Extensions

How often should I shampoo my hair extensions?

Every 2-3 weeks. If you work out once a week is fine. Make sure you do not shampoo vigorously. Use downward motions using your fingers or wide tooth comb. Make sure you condition the hair as well. Let the hair air dry or use sit a under dryer.

 

 

How many bundles do I need for a complete look?

Two bundles for lengths 12-16in. Add another for fullness. 18in or longer will need 3 bundles minimum.

 

 

What is the quality hair extensions?

Top premium quality.

 

What colors do the extensions come in?

The hair doesn't have numbers but if so it would be 1B natural or maybe a little lighter. The hair comes from different donors so every bundle will not be the exact same color. Also we have Russian blonde.

 

 

Can the hair be colored?

Yes! you can use lightener with highest volume developer(40) to achieve the blondest look and, permanent, semi, or demi permanent color. If colored, be sure to keep the hair moisturized.

 

 

Is there a return policy or exchange policy?

All Sales are Final.

 

 

How long does the hair last?

12 months or longer. The better you take GREAT care of the hair, the longer it will last. Visit the About Our Hair page for care instructions.

 

How long does shipping usually take?

Once the order is received, 5-7 business days. Once the order is shipped, you will be emailed with your tracking number.
